The March Rally was the 37th Annual Florida State Rally, Sponsored by the Florida State Winnie Gators. It was held at the Central Florida Fairgrounds in Orlando, Florida. It was a great rally, and was hosted by our 2008 Florida State Winnie Gator Presidents, Linda and Dan Tazzolo who did a wonderful job. There was so much going on that you never were a loss for something to do. Our club had eleven members attend which was a great turnout. We were scattered all over the grounds but, that made it interesting. After coming to these rallies for several years you get to know quite a lot of people, and it is nice to visit with them. On Wednesday night there was a Bingo game and one of our members by the name of Gene, who seems to win like he did last month, won the large Bingo again, I guess he is just a lucky guy, we are happy for him. Well The rally was just great, the meals were just great, the best we have ever had I think. And the entertainment was just Super. One of our members decided he just needed a new bigger motor home, and he bought a beautiful new one from Harberson. We are all very happy for him. Well we had an "Ice Cream Social", and a "Wine & Cheese Party", & " Friendship/Cake Walk", wonder what they will do next year. The weather was pretty nasty at night Friday and Saturday, but at least it didn’t rain during the day. Sunday morning came and it was really cold, but most of us still went up to the main hall to say our good buys till the next time, which won’t be until May for some of us.
