FRAN AND AL SCHULTZ

  The Florida Sunshine Winnies’ October Meeting was Held in conjunction with the Florida Winnie Gators at the Ocala Ranch RV Park on October 15 thought 17, 2004.

Present were the Tuttles, the Collins, the Johnsons, the Williams, the Anglins, the Phelps, the Schultzs, and
John Sorenson and his daughter Joyce Nissan.  The members were very glad to see each other and to start the campouts again. Most of those present had been together at GNR, so it was time for reminiscing about the activities and the places we visited during our stay in Iowa.  All agreed that a good time was had by all at GNR.

 The Florida Winnie Gators did a super job of planning the meal for this event.  The meals were catered and were very good. Happy hour was well attended as usual. The attendees shared all kinds of appetizers that were enjoyed by all.

 On Saturday afternoon, various seminars were held. One very interesting was the organ donor seminar, what was well attended. Another was the Internet Access  (connection) while you are traveling in the United States or anywhere you can always stay in touch with family and friends. In addition, you can even pay your bill while you are traveling.   Isn’t it fantastic!

 On Sunday morning after breakfast we all said our good-byes and headed home after a very enjoyable weekend.
